    I can’t imagine what it would be like to eat an “oil-free” diet, but I appreciate that it could give rise to very dry skin. at the very least! You might think about adding coconut oil to your list of healthy oils. I find it works wonders for health and beauty, and when both eaten and applied directly onto the skin. Olive oil is particularly good too, I find, especially when uncooked.

      Thank you for bringing this up. I agree with you. The list is in no way exhaustive. Safflower and Sunflower are the highest in Linoleic acid so I chose to list these. Coconut oil and olive oil are both marvelous oils as food and when applied to the skin.
